Design, Delivery & Recovery

Architecture that survives contact with production, delivery run by people who have done it before — and an independent recovery practice for the projects that already went wrong.

Differentiator

Failed implementation recovery.

Some engagements do not start at design. They start with a program that is months late, a vendor relationship that has gone adversarial, and a leadership team that no longer trusts the status reporting. Very few local firms will take that work. We built a practice around it.

Recovery begins with an independent forensic review — what was actually scoped, what was actually built, and what the remaining exposure is. Then a viability decision: restart, replace, or exit. We are equally willing to tell you the project should be stopped.

  • Phase 1 triage — a fixed-scope forensic review of scope, contract, build state, and root cause.
  • Viability decision — a clear restart, replace, or exit recommendation with the reasoning documented.
  • Recovery plan — re-baselined scope, sequence, and acceptance criteria.
  • Vendor renegotiation support — an evidence-based position for the commercial conversation.
  • Re-delivery leadership — senior oversight through to acceptance, with weekly reporting.
  • Stabilization crews on demand — contract engineers from our workforce practice when recovery needs hands, fast.
Services

Design and delivery.

01Enterprise & Solution ArchitectureTarget-state design for a domain or a specific solution

Target-state architecture for identity, network, cloud, data, or workplace — with the standards and patterns written down so the next three projects do not each reinvent them.

  • Current-state architecture baseline
  • Target-state design with decision records
  • Reference patterns and technical standards
  • A migration path from here to there
02Infrastructure DesignDetailed design packages

Detailed design for virtualization, hyperconverged platforms, storage, database environments, or a physical infrastructure refresh — specified to the level an implementer can actually build from.

  • Detailed design document and diagrams
  • Capacity and sizing model
  • Resilience, backup, and failure-mode design
  • Bill of materials and implementation sequence
03Implementation & IntegrationHands-on delivery

Delivery of the designed solution: Microsoft 365 and Intune deployment, Azure landing zones, identity modernization, network builds, and the integration work between them.

  • Build, configure, test, and document
  • Pilot group and phased rollout
  • Runbooks and administrator handover
  • Post-implementation review
04Technology MigrationMilestone-based · migration assessment available first

Structured migrations — on-premises to Azure, tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 consolidation after an acquisition, datacenter exits, and legacy platform replacement. Migration is mostly risk management, so it is planned that way.

  • Migration assessment and wave planning
  • Dependency mapping and cutover design
  • Rollback plans and go/no-go criteria
  • Cutover execution and hypercare
05Program & Project ManagementPM-as-a-service · hourly or fractional

Technology project and program management for organizations that have the engineers but not the delivery discipline — including vendor management and reporting that an executive team can act on.

  • Plan, RAID log, and governance cadence
  • Vendor and third-party coordination
  • Executive and steering-committee reporting
  • Benefits tracking through to closure
06System Restoration & RepairPriority engagement

Urgent stabilization of degraded environments: post-incident rebuilds, backup restoration validation, and emergency hardening. Priority work carries a premium rate; clients on advisory retainers receive reserved capacity.

  • Rapid triage and containment support
  • Rebuild and restoration execution
  • Restore validation and integrity checks
  • Emergency hardening and a follow-up remediation plan
Delivery discipline

How we keep delivery honest.

  1. Written acceptance criteria

Every milestone has a definition of done agreed before work starts, not negotiated at invoice time.

  2. Weekly burn reporting

Time-and-materials work reports hours and remaining envelope weekly. No quiet overruns.

  3. Peer review gate

No deliverable leaves the firm without a second senior reviewer. Standardized methodology, standardized templates.

  4. Documented handover

Runbooks, diagrams, and administrator training so your team can operate what we built without us.

Delivery projects create hiring needs. When a build outruns your internal capacity, we can place contract engineers or start a permanent search — screened against the same standard we deliver to.

Stalled project, or a build you need done properly?

Recovery conversations are confidential and start with a short, fixed-scope triage. New builds start with a design conversation. Either way, one call is enough to know where you stand.
