A boutique consultancy built for the gap in the middle.

Large systems integrators do not serve small and mid-sized organizations. Break/fix providers cannot lead a strategy conversation. Ventori Group Inc exists in the space between them.

Mission

Simplify the complex. Modernize the outdated.

Technology should make the business easier to run. Too often it does the opposite — accumulating platforms nobody chose deliberately, dependencies nobody documented, and risk nobody quantified.

Ventori Group Inc is a Florida corporation headquartered in Palm Bay, Brevard County. We provide senior-led technology consulting and IT workforce solutions to small and mid-sized organizations: strategy and assessment work anchored to recognized frameworks, design and delivery for the changes that follow, an independent recovery practice for projects that stalled, and the technology talent to run what gets built.

Our name for that is simple: Modernize. Secure. Lead.

Our approach

Four commitments that shape every engagement.

01

Senior-led delivery

You work with the principal who scoped the engagement. We do not staff work with junior consultants billed at senior rates, and we do not hand engagements off after the sale. Where additional capacity is needed, it comes from experienced contractors working to our methodology under principal oversight.

02

Framework-anchored

Every assessment maps to NIST CSF 2.0, CIS Controls v8, or NIST SP 800-171. Framework anchoring is not academic — it is what makes a finding traceable, a score comparable year over year, and a report usable by the auditor, insurer, or prime contractor who asked for it.

03

Vendor-neutral

We hold no reseller agreements and take no hardware or software margin. Our recommendations stand or fall on their merits, and we are free to tell you the right answer is to keep what you have, negotiate harder, or stop a project entirely.

04

Recovery-capable

Most firms will not take on another firm’s failed implementation. We will. It requires an independent forensic review, a willingness to deliver an unwelcome viability verdict, and the delivery experience to restart the work credibly. All three are in the practice by design.

Where we work

Why Palm Bay and the Space Coast.

Brevard County has an unusual technology economy for a market of its size. A dense aerospace and defense corridor anchors a long tail of suppliers, subcontractors, engineering firms, and professional-services practices — organizations with genuinely complex requirements and, frequently, no internal technology leadership.

Around them sit manufacturers, financial services firms, school districts and municipalities, construction companies, and a growing startup community across Melbourne, Palm Bay, and Titusville. It is a market with enterprise-grade problems and small-business budgets — which is precisely the gap a boutique, senior-led firm is built to serve.

Being local matters here. Site visits, plant walk-throughs, and tabletop exercises work better in person, and the regional talent market is best understood by people who recruit in it every week. We work on-site across Brevard and Central Florida, and remotely nationwide where the engagement suits it.

Values

How we prefer to work.

Say the uncomfortable thing

If the project should be stopped, the vendor is underperforming, or the deadline is not achievable, you will hear it in the readout rather than in the retrospective.

Evidence over assertion

Findings are traceable to something we observed, tested, or were shown. Opinions are labelled as opinions.

Scope what is needed

We would rather sell a small engagement that answers the question than a large one that pads it. Nothing is bundled in by default.

Write it down

Statements of work, acceptance criteria, assessment evidence, and handover documentation. If it only exists in a conversation, it does not exist.

Peer review everything

No client deliverable leaves the firm without a second senior reviewer against a standard methodology.

Leave clients self-sufficient

Runbooks, diagrams, and administrator training. A good engagement ends with your team able to operate what we built.

Quality system

Consistency comes from method, not memory.

A boutique firm earns trust by being predictable. Ventori runs a standardized assessment methodology, standardized report templates, and a peer-review gate before any deliverable ships — so the quality of your engagement does not depend on which week of the quarter it lands in.

  • A documented assessment methodology applied to every engagement of the same type
  • Standard report templates with consistent scoring and severity definitions
  • A peer-review gate before any client deliverable is released
  • Written statements of work with defined deliverables and acceptance criteria
  • Weekly reporting on time-and-materials engagements
  • Confidentiality terms suited to recovery, diligence, and executive-search work

Want to know whether we are the right firm for this?

Bring us the problem before you bring us a budget. If it is outside what we do well, we will say so — and usually point you at what would work better.
